Shipping & Delivery
We ship all orders within 5 to 14 business days after receipt of funds.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method you choose.
We ensure that all packages are shipped with extreme care and precaution. Shipments are sent by the European Union.
We have 99% success in the European Union, 95% success for the rest of Europe.

Form of Payment
After you place an order, the data to make the payment is sent directly to your email address. Please follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delays. If you did not receive it during the placement and the order, please contact us and we will send you data by email again!

Returns & Replacements
Due to regulations regarding the sale of our products, returns are prohibited. However, in the event that the order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, please contact us by email. We will issue a replacement of your original order.

Should my peptides be kept below 5 degrees during transit?
Do not worry about your peptides and the storage of these peptides during transit to the destination. It is more important that they are kept out of direct light.
All peptides stay for up to 30 days with the same quality in high temperatures and out of direct light.

Do the Peptides come already mixed / reconstituted?
No peptides arrive already reconstituted. You should not purchase any peptide that has been mixed/reconstituted as once they have been mixed you should keep them refrigerated at all times.
